With the Dining Room Supervisor, provide support for all Brickyard Crossing Resort & Inn activities.
Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to all patrons.
Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus.
Take guest orders, prepare beverages and expedite food orders.
Serve guests.
Maintain effective guest service at all times.
Adjust complaints from patrons when necessary and promptly.
Collect payment from customers.
Report suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions immediately to the manager and/or IMS security.
Maintain cleanliness and a safe work area at all times.
Practice safe work habits at all times to avoid injury to self and others.
Comply with company and departmental safety rules and regulations, including the proper handling of all relevant equipment.
Enthusiasm for and commitment to the company and the Vision, Mission and Values.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Effective customer service skills.
Self-starter and excellent communication skills.
High school graduate or GED.
Experience in hotel services, food services, or equivalent experience.
5pm-10pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday each week.
