Seasonal-Bartender

Responsibilities:

Upon arrival each day, complete bar set up.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Adhere to the prescribed dress code.

Provide the best Customer Service possible to our guests.

Take responsibility to ensure that no one under 21 is being served. If there is any doubt whether a guest is of legal age, ask for identification.

Monitor guest food and beverage orders, and concerns personally and professionally; inform manager on duty immediately of any issues.

At closing, completely clean workstation.

Prior to leaving work area, notify the manager on duty.

Various duties as assigned by the manager on duty.

Skills, Education and/or Experience Desired:

Valid Employee Alcohol Permit issued by the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission.

Exceptional Customer Service skills.

High integrity and confidentiality.

Effective communication skills, time management, and detail oriented.

Goal oriented a must.

Enthusiasm for and commitment to the company and the Vision, Mission, and Values.

Knowledge of the Motorsport Entertainment World, the Legacy of the Hulman Family, IMS Events and other related activities of the company are a plus, but not required.

Hours:

Hours will vary. Must be able to work weekends and nights. Must be able to work overtime during event weeks as needed.
